Hi, I'm Mackenzie Siddall!

I have a passion for working with people to inspire and motivate them to reach their potential and get the most out of what life has to offer.

I was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario.

I started my journey at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where I studied Kinesiology and played varsity softball. As a walk on athlete, I was determined to showcase my athletic abilities. I was named captain after my freshman year and remained in that role for the next three years. I understand the nuances of the game and can appreciate the skill of the elite players. Although I was born with a congenital amputation of my right hand, I have never seen that as a barrier for me reaching my goals. Softball has taught me to be self-motivated, to experience but not accept failure, to be persistent and determined. During my years as a student athlete, I excelled at time management. I learned to prioritize and balance my athletic training and my rigorous academics to maintain a balanced life.

After completing my undergraduate degree at UBC, I moved home to Windsor, ON to further my education. I completed my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Odette School of Business in Windsor, ON in December of 2019. As part of the program, I had the opportunity to work with a local school board in Windsor to develop and expand sports opportunities for all athletes regardless of skill level. I have witnessed firsthand the benefits of sports both on and off the playing field. As a young entrepreneur, I opened a fitness business called 'Attitude of Gratitude' (AOG Windsor) designed for all skill levels. This allowed me to combine my kinesiology and business skills.

It has quickly transitioned into a lifestyle brand. I have realized the importance of gratitude in ALL aspects of our lives. I have come to understand that it is relevant to everyone and anyone who is willing to give it a try.
